 ‘Queen Elizabeth’

It seems only fitting that I pay homage to this magnificent grandiflora rose since today marks the 60th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth’s coronation. However, this rose was named to honor her mother, the Queen Mum.

Introduced in 1954, ‘Queen Elizabeth’ continues to impress many rose lovers. This large, fragrant and medium pink rose has won many awards.

A vigorous rose, ‘Queen Elizabeth’ will bloom throughout the summer and fall and develop into an impressive shrub reaching 8 feet or more. It has attractive dark green, leathery foliage and is also available as a climbing rose.

Long live the Queen!
